This policy explains what Ascend Studios LLC ("Ascend Studios", "we", "us") does with personal information in connection with this website, ascendstudiosllc.com, and with the services we provide to our clients.

1. Who we are

2. This website

This website is informational. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and it has no forms or user accounts. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability; we do not use these to identify you.

3. Email and phone contact

If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell contact details or add them to marketing lists.

4. Services we provide to clients

We run advertising, websites and messaging technology on behalf of client brands (for example, brands operated by Dancom Technologies and Services (Pvt) Ltd). In that work we act as a service provider to the client. Personal information belonging to a client's customers — such as names, phone numbers, messages or booking details — is collected and controlled by the client under the client's own privacy policy, and we process it only on the client's instructions, for the purpose of providing the agreed services, and with appropriate access controls. Questions about a client brand's data should be directed to that brand.

5. Advertising platforms

When we run campaigns for clients on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), TikTok or Google, those platforms collect and process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control that processing.

6. Data location and security

Information may be stored and processed in the United States, Pakistan and other countries where we or our providers operate. We use reputable providers, access controls, two-factor authentication and least-privilege access for the accounts we manage.

7. Retention

We keep business correspondence and records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose they were collected, and as required by law (for example, tax and company records).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Email hamza@ascendstudiosllc.com and we will respond within 30 days. For data held by a client brand, we will pass your request to the client.

9. Children

This website and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
